Established in 1999, Celtic Developments is an NHBC Registered Building and Development Company with in-depth experience in the design and management of small Civil's engineering works, Commercial and Residential projects.

Our preferred building method utlilises Structural Insulated Panels ( SIP's) which provide very high u-Values whilst providing the insulation and the structure in one element and giving an unparalleled design freedom.

Our in-house design Team has expertise in Sustainable Construction, Renewable Technologies and qualifications in Code for Sustainable Homes and Section 6 for Energy ( Scotland).
