Established in 1999, Celtic Developments is an NHBC Registered Building and Development Company with in-depth experience in the design and management of small Civil's engineering works, Commercial and Residential conversions and New Build.

As a hands on Small Development Company, we oversee all of our Projects in-house from design onset to completion, using tried and tested sub-contracted trades to complement our own experienced team. This allows us to maintain close attention to detail and has given us our reputation for very high quality.

Celtic Developments has specialised in one-off high specification developments and has been featured in the Mail on Sunday, Sunday Times and the Home Plus magazine. In addition, our specific Developments have also been widely featured. We have worked with international Estate Agents FPDSavills, Knight Frank LLP and Bradburne & Co of St Andrews.

In 2005 Celtic Developments were award winners in the Daily Express Housebuilders of the year awards, an award voted for by our clients.
